Rice bran oil is a versatile cooking oil. Great for frying, baking, sauteing, seasoning the grill, cooking in a wok and roasting vegetables. Rice bran oil can be heated to high temperatures without burning, so the food is crispy with less oil absorption. It has a neutral taste, and contains vitamin E and oryzanol, which has shown to lower cholesterol.
